The automatic renewal function is provided by the owner of My.Translator （ http://www.zigo.one）for My.Translator users (hereinafter referred to as "you") and automatically deduct fees from your designated third-party payment account according to your settings.
Please read carefully and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the corresponding terms of exemption or limitation of liability. My.Translator will remind you to pay attention to the limitation and exemption clauses in bold or italics.Minors shall read this agreement in the company of their legal guardian and confirm their right to bind other payment accounts.
If you confirm to open the automatic renewal function, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.If you disagree with any terms of this agreement, you can choose not to activate this function.
service content
In order to help you purchase (or subscribe to) the paid products of My.Translator more easily, we provide you with automatic renewal function.When you explicitly agree to open the automatic renewal function, that is, authorize the My.Translator to deduct the fee for purchasing the paid product again from the third-party payment account you bind when the agreed renewal conditions are met.
This function is applicable to the products that need to be renewed regularly provided by the My.Translator.
Open automatic renewal
After you open the automatic renewal function, your My.Translator's account will be bound with the third-party payment account you specify.
We will automatically deduct the next payment within 72 hours before the expiration of the product you purchased, and continue the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
If the renewal fails due to reasons not attributable to the My.Translator (such as failure of the third-party system, account limit, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will deal with it as "expired but not renewed" and stop providing corresponding services to you.You shall bear the possible adverse consequences.
If you purchase a paid product, but the device is no longer under your control, including but not limited to losing or giving away to others, you can turn off automatic renewal to avoid continuous payment.Please refer to "close automatic renewal" of this Agreement for the closing method.
Preferential activities and prices
We may adjust the product price from time to time according to the business needs or market conditions, and publicize it to the users on the relevant pages.In addition to the situation that both parties have clearly agreed on the price of each period when the corresponding product is activated with the automatic renewal function, if the price at the time of automatic renewal is higher than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will obtain your consent.If the price at the time of automatic renewal is lower than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will deduct the corresponding amount directly.
If you obtain the extension of corresponding products through non payment purchase channels such as exchange code, the starting time of automatic renewal will be postponed to the day before the expiration of the extended products.
Turn off automatic renewal
You can turn off the automatic renewal function from the third-party payment account (or system).The shutdown path is as follows:
Apple Devices: turn off in icloud payment.The path is: settings → iTunes Store and app store → Apple ID → view Apple ID → account settings → subscription.。
If the path adjustment is caused by the upgrade of the operating system and you are unable to shut down the automatic renewal correctly, you can consult the equipment manufacturer or system service provider, or contact our customer service by private letter, and we will try our best to provide you with a solution.
Closing this function is deemed to revoke the authorization granted to the My.Translator to deduct fees from the third party payment account.However, this cancellation will not affect the deduction completed by the My.Translator before your cancellation.
For any reason, if you terminate the use of the corresponding paid product service, the corresponding automatic renewal function that has been opened shall be closed by yourself.If you do not close, the My.Translator will normally conduct the automatic deduction operation. Once the deduction is successful, the My.Translator will continue the corresponding service for you.
Protocol modification
According to the development of the Internet and the changes of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the needs of the business development of the My.Translator, the My.Translator has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement changes, the My.Translator will, according to the actual situation, choose to prompt by means of including but not limited to system prompt, announcement, in station letter, etcYou.
If you do not agree with the modification of the relevant terms of this agreement made by the My.Translator, you have the right to turn off the automatic renewal.If you continue to use, you will be deemed to accept the modification of the relevant terms of this agreement made by your My.Translator.
EULA
We use the "Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)" which applies to all countries or region.
Other
If due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the My.Translator, the My.Translator is unable to deduct the expenses normally, the My.Translator will promptly issue a notice and deal with the aftermath reasonably.This agreement, as well as the "My.Translator service agreement", "My.Translator privacy policy" and other system specifications, together with various notices and announcements issued by My.Translator from time to time related to My.Translator users, constitute the complete rules for your rights and obligations.In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the My.Translator service agreement and the My.Translator privacy policy, this Agreement shall prevail; in case of any conflict between this Agreement and the notices and announcements related to users issued by the My.Translator from time to time, each notice and announcement shall prevail.
